Order Processing and Shipping

  • Please allow up to 48 hrs to receive your tracking number.

  • If shipping to Canada please allow 2-3 days for order processing. No expedited freight shipments are permitted.

  • A Requested Arrival Date (RAD) is required if you choose priority shipping. The following rules are in place when choosing a date to ensure delivery:

    • FEDEX 2-Day: Orders that qualify for 2-day shipping must be placed before 2pm EST. Example: if your RAD date is Jan 3rd and you are placing the order on Jan 1st it must be placed before 2pm EST to qualify for 2-day shipping.

    • FEDEX Standard Overnight & Priority Overnight: Orders that qualify for overnight shipping must be placed before 2pm EST the day before. Example: If you are placing an order on Jan 1st at 3pm EST you must choose Jan 3rd as your date to qualify.


    Returns Process

    Returning by Mail
    Email nokiansupport@selectdesign.com or call 802-864-9075 to inform the Nokian Shop of the requested return.

    On your email receipt or shipping slip receipt, clearly indicate the items to be returned. Also include your email address and preferred
    contact number.

    Carefully pack your item(s), including the tags, in the original condition, and include your email or shipping slip receipt.

    Return Shipping Costs*
    Cost of return shipping will be paid for by the Nokian Shop under the following circumstances:
    - Item is damaged; and/or
    - Item received is not item ordered (incorrect item).

    Cost of return shipping will be paid for by the purchaser under the following circumstances:
    - Purchaser ordered incorrect size or color;

    *If item is a gift being returned by the purchaser OR the recipient, the return shipping cost policies listed above still apply.

    Issuing Credit for Returned Merchandise
    Upon arrival of the returned item(s) to the Nokian Shop, credit will be applied WITHIN 7 DAYS to the credit card originally used
    to purchase the merchandise and an email notification will be sent to the address indicated on the email receipt/shipping slip receipt
    included in the returned package. Depending on your credit card cycle, please allow 1-2 cycles for the credit to appear.

    If the item(s) being returned is a gift item(s) being returned by the gift recipient, a store credit will be issued to the recipient and an
    email notification will be sent to the email address indicated on the email receipt or shipping slip receipt included in the returned
    package.

    Returns accompanied by an email or shipping slip receipt made more than 30 days after the purchase will be credited for the item's
    current selling price in the form of a merchandise credit. Merchandise without an email receipt or shipping slip receipt may not be
    returned. Please do not remove merchandise tags until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Purchases designated "Final
    Sale" are final and cannot be returned for any reason.
